**About the role**:
In the role of Kitchen Steward at Sea World Resort you will ensure a clean, safe and hygienic work area is maintained.

**Duties**:

- Wash dishes, cutlery and heavy service equipment including large pots and pans
- Clean kitchen walls, benches and floors and take out rubbish bins
- Operate commercial dishwashers and use cleaning chemicals in a safe manner
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitizing of all surfaces
- Dismantle and clean specialised kitchen equipment
- Work effectively within a team environment

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience working in a fast paced, high volume commercial kitchen essential
- Awareness of work health and safety and food hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Must be able to work on any day including early mornings, late nights and weekends
