Due to growth and opportunity in our Learning & Development team, WesTrac is seeking a **Systems Trainer **based out of our Institute in South Guildford, WA. Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, the Systems Trainer is responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering training to assist WesTrac employees in developing skills to be productive in their use of WesTrac critical business systems. In collaboration with the key stakeholders to develop the training and support material, the Systems Trainer is also responsible for delivering end user training as well as mentoring and leading Super Users.

This opportunity is being offered as a two-year fixed term contract.

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Professional qualifications in Training and/or Information Technology
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Desirable)
- Experience and expertise in developing eLearning solutions via different platforms and methods.
- Experience in a similar role within a professional services or corporate environment (or relevant transferrable experience).
- Self-motivated with the ability to see tasks through to completion
- Drive to manage multiple actions and timeframes, with a customer-centric approach
- Previous industry experience in IT
- Demonstrated experience in delivering business systems training
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated and good attention to detail, able to be agile and work in a team
