**The Role**:
This Financial Analyst focuses on working with the COO and the Project Managers to ensure transparent reporting and cashflow management around the projects.

This includes:

- Analysis and prepare reports for project profitability and financial performance of projects
- Forecasting and presentation of weekly position to management
- Develop financial modelling and scenario analysis to support decision
- Manage the Practice invoicing process and monthly billing cycle
- Presentation of financial data to the Principal, MD, COO and other management
- Manage the Accounts Receivable process and liaise with the COO to monitor the Practice cashflow

**Your Background**:
To be considered for this great role you will:

- Be an Excel guru. Proficient in modelling, building models and working with Macros
- Have strong experience in project accounting including profitability analysis of projects
- Have excellent communication skills and be an outgoing, confident person who enjoys liaising with stakeholders across the business
