Exciting role working under the State Manager of QLD for a leading Security Risk Management Group.

**Your new company**
Our client is the largest advanced converged Enterprise Security Risk Management Group within Australia and New Zealand. They design and install security solutions for leading companies and authorities. They are looking for an Operations Coordinator.

**Your new role**
In your new role, you will have responsibility for the co-ordination of service/maintenance aspects of the business, whilst reporting under the State Manager (QLD). You will also:

- Liaise/coordinate with key clients, internal resources and third parties within QLD using effective communication.
- Ensure service works and maintenance activities are completed within the appropriate timeframe.
- Follow up on full compliance to service delivery and procedural requirements.
- Make sure all design variations are delivered on time, within budget, and following all requirements given by the project manager.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience with tracking a project, being able to provide regular reports and updates to the project team/key stakeholders. As well as:

- Desired to have experience within trade services coordination.
- Have, or the ability to gain, a blue card and security license.
- Computer skills, such as Microsoft Suite.
- Experience in managing key stakeholders, and effective communication with internal and external partners.
- Can identify and mitigate potential risks within an OH&S area.
