**About the role**

Mitre 10 Katoomba is seeking an outgoing individual to join the team as a casual Retail Sales Assistant.

This position will suit an enthusiastic and motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement. Working with various team members and customers, you will have excellent interpersonal skills to build solid, long-term relationships.

This role will start as a 3-month casual working a roster of 24 hours per week, with potential to move to a permanent part time arrangement.

**What you will be doing;**
- Welcoming and assisting customers at the front counter
- Processing sales through our POS system
- Answering phone enquiries and helping with click-and-collect orders
- Keeping the front-of-store area neat, organised, and well-stocked
- Working as part of a close-knit team to deliver excellent customer service

**What you will bring;**
- Proficient in computer skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Team-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Passionate about delivery exceptional customer service
