This is a **hands-on selling role** where you will:

- Lead by example as the top-performing salesperson
- Be responsible for overseeing the sales and delivery of our extensive inventory of pre-owned vehicles
- Lead a 50-car-per-month department with confidence and drive
- Set and achieve targets while maximizing performance and profitability

What we’re looking for:

- A **sales-driven professional** who thrives on closing deals and delivering exceptional results
- A proven high-achiever with **sales experience in the automotive industry**, preferably in used cars
- Dynamic leader who can motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best
- Skilled in **Dealer Management Systems** and adept at managing day-to-day operations
- Excel in building rapport with customers and creating outstanding experiences
