**About the role**:
You will work alongside our professional dentists and team to share the responsibility of managing a busy front desk. The successful applicant will be a warm, inviting personality, possessing great written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Your duties will include managing incoming calls and patient inquiries, calendar co-ordination, processing payments and maintaining patient records.

Experience in the medical or dental sectors is not necessarily but will be highly regarded.

**Essential experience and skills**:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A minimum of 2 years previous experience in administration/ reception roles desirable
- Computer literacy with PC proficiency
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Reliability and punctuality
- Experience in using Dental4Windows and HICAPS desirable
- Australian working rights
- Some flexibility with holiday / sick leave cover is requested.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $21.30 - $35.98 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
