**About Stellarossa**

Stellarossa Coffee began in Brisbane in 2009, and since then, we’ve grown throughout Queensland with plans for further expansion Each café is locally owned and operated, meaning our franchise owners are emotionally invested in making the business work. At our stores, you will find unique menus featuring Stellarossa core dishes and local favourites.

**About the Role**

As an Experienced Barista at Stellarossa Bernoth Centre Cafe, you will be busy pumping out coffees and preparing cold drinks for dine-in and takeaway, while interacting with guests, taking their orders, and supporting your fellow team members. This is a casual position with lots of hours on offer, including weekend work.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor junior baristas.
- Dial in grinders to Stellarossa espresso recipe.
- Interact with guests, taking their orders and providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Support your team members and create a positive atmosphere.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience as a barista.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Availability to work weekends is essential.
- A charismatic, engaging, bright, and bubbly personality.
- High energy and productivity levels.
- Well-rounded coffee and guest service experience.
- Openness to learning and following systems.
