About the role
Permanent Full time opportunity to provide expert strategic and operational leadership for a cross functional team of skilled and experienced digital professionals to achieve strategic goals and objectives, deliver digital solutions and outcomes, and maintain a highly skilled and motivated workforce.
About you
- Develop and implement digital and data strategies and roadmaps in alignment with relevant policies and standards from Digital Metro North, Department of Health, and other governing bodies to enhance service capability and outcomes. Ensure compliance with digital infrastructure requirements and standards across the service.
- Lead the agile design and continuous delivery of digital solutions and data analytics projects using expert knowledge of project and product management methodologies, ensuring a seamless flow from ideation to deployment and ongoing enhancement.
- Lead, manage, and implement a measurable, data-informed design strategy that centres on user needs, ensuring all service outputs--from digital products to marketing campaigns--resonate with users and align with the CSDS brand identity.
