Building ideas Centre is one of the largest premium showrooms in Adelaide, showcasing brands of interior and exterior building products.

BIC is currently looking for an experienced sales consultant for South Australia to join our team. The location is excellent for those living in and around Adelaide.

- The customer base is diverse, including Residential and commercial builders, architects, designers, and homeowners

- Strong negotiation skills and keen business acumen
- Property knowledge preferred

**Skills & Experience**

Ideally, you have previous experience in a hiring or service-based industry and want to improve your career prospects and earn potentially. You are used to talking to people in the building materials industry and are passionate about helping customers meet their resource and management service requirements.
- **Individuals with experience in tile sales are given preference.**:

- Have a solid and successful sales track record, or have shown some success in your current role
- A team player attitude
- Experience in signing contracts’ under skills and responsibilities
- Can close a sale with both new and existing clients
- Computer Skills
- Using computer systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint to enter data, process, and present information
- Be good at identifying potential customers and proactively contacting them
- Excellent communication skills
- Good at face-to-face communication with customers
- At least 2 years of related experience

**Responsibility**:

- Manage existing clients
- Actively seek new clients through cold calling and prospecting out in the field.
- Timely reporting of sales information to stakeholders
- selling tiles and toliets

**Territory**:
South Australia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
