**The program designed for you**
- The Graduate Program for a full calendar year and has been designed in consultation with our clinical experts, alongside valuable insights from previous Graduates. Our aim is to provide you with a nurturing, encouraging, and highly personalised journey. Here’s a glimpse of what your Graduate year looks like at Therapy Focus:

- First month: We will provide a safe and controlled environment to practice your therapeutic skills and get comfortable with real-life scenarios before your first client session. We want you to learn about the experience we provide to our customers, experiment, make mistakes, and learn from them.
- After 12 months: A custom program will be designed with you so you can follow your preferred roadmap to excellence and specialise in your chosen field. Dive into our Learning and Development Programs to enhance your leadership skills or maintain your diverse caseload. We will be with you each step along the way.
- Follow your passion and unlock your potential with our team of 300+ allied health clinicians, experts in a range of specialised areas.
