Metering & Operations Analyst

**The Role**:
Excellent opportunity Metering & Operations Analyst to join our B2B Customer Operations team to manage physical market operations and transactions such as transfers, service orders, meter installation and billing processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the metering data & tariff reconciliation processes and ensure accuracy, especially prior to monthly billing activities
- Be the primary point of contact with networks for B2B operations and maintain positive relationships with metering providers, networks and relevant regulatory bodies
- Provide guidance and advice to customers, the operations team, account managers and suppliers to effectively resolve issues
- Prepare various reporting including but not limited to market activities, key activities undertaken, performance monitoring of key delivery partners
- Perform network tariff optimisation analysis
