AVIAREPS Australia & New Zealand, an airline General Sales Agent and Marketing Agency, has an opportunity available for a part time Reservations and Ticketing Consultant to join our Sydney team, representing leading airline brands.

The highly motivated individual will become part of our small dedicated team responsible for:

- Assisting direct customers and travel agents
- Airfare enquiries and issuing tickets
- Fare construction and calculations, re-issues and refunds
- Sales reporting
- Group quotes / bookings / issuance of group ticketing
- GDS queue processing and monitoring
- Support the sales team through delivering market intelligence feedback
- Support the sales team in the development of tactical sales initiatives

The role requires the following skills and experience:

- Minimum of 2 years airline reservations experience
- GDS experience with Amadeus
- A sound understanding of fares and ticketing procedures
- Strong sales and service acumen
- A friendly and confident phone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Willingness to multi-task across airlines
- Strong work ethic
- An enthusiastic team player
- A keen eye for detail will help you maximise passenger revenue integrity and ensure that our client achieves the best commercial outcome for the capacity supplied to the Australia market

Must have Permanent Australian Residency.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22.8 per week

**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
