**Support Workers Wanted - Eastern Suburbs (with potential Northside shifts)**

We are currently seeking **two experienced and compassionate support workers**to join our growing team, providing high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex mental health needs.

**Position 1: Female Support Worker (Under 30s Encouraged to Apply)**

*Location: Eastern Suburbs

We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic female support worker with lived or professional experience supporting individuals with **Complex PTSD (CPTSD)** and **Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).** You will be patient, reliable, and confident in providing trauma-informed care that promotes client autonomy and emotional safety.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience supporting clients with CPTSD and ASD
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice
- Ability to build trust and support emotional regulation
- Flexible availability

**Position 2: Male Support Worker (Experienced Professional)**

*Location: Eastern Suburbs (occasional Northside shifts possible)*

We are seeking a **mature-aged male** support worker with extensive experience in **mental health**, particularly in managing **challenging behaviours**. This role suits someone who is calm under pressure, resilient, and confident in de-escalation and behavioural strategies.

**Key Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in complex mental health support
- Skilled in managing behaviours of concern
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team

**For both roles, you must have**:

- Current First Aid & CPR
- Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
