**The Opportunity**

We are currently taking expressions of interest from people who are looking for an opportunity to move forward in their career.

In this traineeship program you will complete a Certificate II in Tyre Servicing Technology. This is a nationally recognised qualification and the units in this qualification could be put towards an automotive apprenticeship in the future.

**What's on offer**:
A structured training program to provide you with all the skills and knowledge required to perform all aspects of tyre fitting, including working on light, heavy, earthmoving and off road tyres.

**You may be eligible for this program if you**:

- Have been with MRL for 12 months or more,
- Are not on a performance improvement plan
- Have not had behavioural issues recorded over the past 12 months,
- Have 100% commitment to complying with all relevant Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures,
- Are passionate about being developed. Meaning you are willing and able to learn a variety of new skills and you agree to attend training in Perth when scheduled.
