**Company Overview**: Instant Windscreens are a well-established automotive business with over 35 years of experience. Due to continued growth and market demand, we are seeking Trainee Automotive Fitters to join our team. Our focus on long-term development and culture means that we are committed to supporting the education and progression of our Trainee staff, which is key to our continued success.

**Opportunity**: We have positions available at our **Osborne Park branch**. This is a full-time Traineeship opportunity with no minimum progression time. Prove yourself and be rewarded quickly You will work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm in a supportive environment with a renewed focus on learning and culture. We will provide you with a Cert III Qualification at no cost once you have become a qualified fitter. This is a rare opportunity to start from scratch and build a genuine career.

You will receive uniforms and windscreen-specific tools, and penalty rates for any overtime. Qualified Fitter Level includes a fully equipped company vehicle and fuel card. You will get to work on a range of different cars, including luxury vehicles.

**Requirements**: To be a good fit for this role, you should have the following qualities:

- **Reliability**: Be ready to turn up every day, on time.
- **Attention to detail**: Ability to focus on small details is essential.
- **Mechanically minded**: Interest and passion for automobiles is preferred.
- **Strong learning aptitude**: Willingness to learn and acquire new skills is essential.
- **Ability to troubleshoot/think on your feet**: The role requires problem-solving skills.
- **Ability to use power tools**: Basic knowledge of using power tools is essential.
- **Positive mindset and good for culture**: We value a positive attitude and being a good team player.
- **Physically fit**: The role requires physical activity.
- **Driver's license**: A manual license is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $950.00 per week
