**The role & team**
Specsavers has a friendly, supportive, and high performing Professional Recruitment Team based in Port Melbourne that provides support across three streams of the Professional Recruitment Department: Partner Recruitment, Graduate Recruitment and SRS Recruitment. This role is part of the wider Professional Recruitment team consisting of twenty-five team members.

**The skills we are looking for**
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engaging and influencing key stakeholders
- Highly organised and strong attention to detail
- Prior experience with event management is desirable
