The Opportunity

Working within the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre Management Team, the Marketing Executive is responsible for coordinating the delivery of the asset’s customer experience strategy and program, with a focus on delivering brand aligned partnerships and events.

You will make an impact by:

- Deliver the School holiday, food, fresh food, entertainment, and community campaigns for the year in consultation with the Marketing Manager
- End-to-end Marketing development includes strategy, creative concepting, production, channel planning, event management, launch and optimisation.
- Management of community marketing activities and social responsibility campaigns.
- Implement event and tactical marketing activations including but not limited to family events, Christmas events, retailer launches.
- Manage agency, media partners and stakeholders

About You
- Tertiary qualification in a Marketing and relevant industry experience
- Demonstrate a strong understanding and experience within marketing with the relevant experience and passion for events and partnerships.
- Demonstrated experience in a relevant marketing, partnerships, or similar role, ideally in the retail sector.
- Proven success in developing integrated marketing plans.
- An understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and social media channels and best practices.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and how they can be utilised for a marketing campaign.
