**About the role**:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our eCommerce team for an Associate Product Manager. You will be responsible for improving the user experience by delivering Sustainability Initiatives within the eCommerce business ensuring that the product roadmap is aligned to the OKR’s. This exciting role will give you the opportunity to see initiatives through ideation into delivery, conducting research, analysing data, providing solutions to support the business objectives.

**You'll**:

- Support the definition the backlog for their squad based on Squad and Crew OKRs. Works with Product Manager and Group Product Manager to ensure the backlog aligns with the business and product strategies
- Contributes to the end-to-end execution of their initiatives, from discovery to delivery
- Delivers prioritised backlog initiatives to support delivery on squad’s quarterly objectives
- Improves and adds to team best practices and processes

**You'll have**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Associate Product Manager or similar
- A consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business
- Experience delivering product features (preferably using agile principles)
- Experience in large, complex organisations
- Experienced in communicating and rationalising product design decisions
- Experience working in fast paced environments and comfortable with change
