**Your Responsibilities**:
**As Lead Educator / Responsible Person**:

- Lead the team in delivering a high-quality educational program that fosters children’s learning and development.
- Ensure children’s health, safety, and wellbeing at all times.
- Act as the key point of accountability for the centre.

**As Educational Leader**:

- Guide curriculum planning and implement best-practice early childhood education strategies.
- Mentor and support educators to continually improve skills and knowledge.
- Drive innovation and quality improvement across programs.

**As Administrator**:

- Oversee daily operational and administrative tasks for smooth centre functioning.
- Manage documentation, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Support staff and families with effective communication and organisation.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
- Engage in joyful, educational activities to inspire a love of learning.

**Qualifications & Attributes**:

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or actively pursuing).
- Current Queensland Blue Card.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a sense of humour.
- Passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and nutrition for children.
