**How you’ll make an impact**

We’re currently recruiting for a Maintenance Officer to join our team in this full time permanent role.

Reporting directly to our General Manager, you’ll be responsible for a range of both preventative and corrective maintenance duties right across the residence including equipment and plant monitoring, grounds upkeep, and accurate, timely reporting of our Regis Woodlands home.

**A day in the life as our Maintenance Officer with Regis, may see you;**
- Maintaining plant, equipment, building and services.
- Ensure up-to-date records of all chemicals in use and compliance with appropriate safety best practice.
- Maintain the grounds in a neat and tidy manner with no obstacles.
- Identify preventative maintenance requirements, complete the works and documentation of schedules.
- Ensure preventative and corrective maintenance is actioned within legal requirements and are documented in the relevant registers.

**About you**

As a collaborative compassionate member of the Operations team, ideally with experience within the health and/or aged care sector, you’ll have:

- Experience in supervision or coordination of maintenance programs.
- General hands-on maintenance or handyman skills.
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
