THE ROLE
As a Policy Officer in the Workforce Development Projects, Family Violence Industry Plan team, you will support the development of policy work relating to the transformation of Victoria's family violence workforce in accordance with the 10-Year Industry Plan for Family Violence Prevention and Response, Building from Strength. You will work closely across internal and external stakeholders to help progress the development and implementation of workforce change. This includes through the provision of secretariat support for key governance groups, and assisting in the preparation of briefings, discussion papers, presentations, reports and other documentation.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Work collaboratively and assist the flow of information across the work unit and branch and across the department where required.
- Support the development and provision of advice and policy recommendations.
- Assist in the development of reports, ministerial briefs and cabinet and agency submissions.
