**Level 2 Technician**
- **Up to $110k plus super**:

- **Castle Hill location**:

- TheDriveGroup are currently partnered with a growing MSP, who are looking to add to their service desk team, due to client growth._

**About the role**:

- You will be working across the Level 2 and Level 3 space as and when needed, and being a client liaison.
- Supporting Endpoints, Servers and Networks.
- Configure, troubleshoot and remediate issues with firewalls, network switches, virtual infrastructure and more.

**What you need**:

- 3-5 years Experience in a MSP environment - _MUST_
- Office 365, Azure AD, and Intune experience
- Experience supporting Cloud and virtual environments
- Windows Server - install, config, maintain etc
- Networking experience - firewalls, switches & routers basic troubleshooting
- Current Australian drivers license
