As a roaming Store Manager, you will be a brand ambassador for SHEIKE every day and support across multiple NSW locations. You will provide an absolutely incredible customer experience in every interaction and deliver an exceptional result in every store. You will also support with the training and development of the teams you work with.

**As the Roaming Store Manager you will;**
- Drive an exceptional & inclusive customer experience journey in every interaction
- Inspire those you encounter through leading by example
- Support across multiple location to cover leave, sickness or support with training
- Coach & develop your team consistently to foster their skills & development
- Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets and budgets
- Be a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop + influence others
- Have outstanding standards of VM + store presentation
- Drive a commercial business
- Excellent operations & stock management
- Be a SHEIKE brand ambassador every day

**To be considered for the role, ideally you will have**:

- Minimum 2+Years' experience in fashion retail as a Store Manager
- Exceptional customer service & styling skills
- Driven budgets + achieved exceptional sales results
- Strong understanding of KPIS and their impact on the business
- The ability to drive a positive culture & one team environment
- Self-motivated & strong communicator
- Strong training & coaching background
- Ability to travel between multiple locations
