What’s the opportunity?
Our West End café showcases the very best coffee and hospitality experience and we are currently on the hunt for Front of House team members to join our West End team for 15 - 20 hours per week, across 2-3 shifts. Weekend availability is essential.

**In this role you will**:
- Provide the best in customer service, including greeting and serving customers and helping with the day-to-day tasks that help keep our café performing at its best e.g. open and close procedures for the coffee machine and area.
- Assist in food preparation for our cabinet offering;
- Work with top-of-the-range equipment and coffee;
- Share knowledge and educate the customer regarding all thing's coffee through retail sales and demonstrations;
- Take orders, and deliver beverages in line with Veneziano Coffee Roasters (VCR) professional standards;
- Join a collaborative and supportive team where no task is too big or too small for anyone.
