Reporting to the Managing Director the Workshop Supervisor will be responsible for:

- Ensure workshop has appropriate resourcing such as labour, parts, and equipment.
- Organise crewing of workshop, ensuring there is a suitable array of expertise for work to be conducted safely.
- Provide guidance to mechanics and apprentices on a day to day basis.
- Provide regular quality assurance for the work conducted.
- Acting as one of the final checks and balances around serviceability of assets when questions are raised regarding defects.
- Ensure defects are getting rectified in a timely manner as per the risk rating guidelines.
- Review and manage the performance of the workshop team by conducting performance reviews, undertaking disciplinary processes and performing Safe Checks to ensure the welfare of the team.
- Review service paperwork for each asset, ensuring it is completed correctly and in its entirety.

**Requirements**:

- C Class Licence, MC highly advantageous.
- Trade qualification heavy automotive.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Lead by example, promote safety and health.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
