An excellent opportunity is available for a hands-on leader to join our Distribution team as a Workshop Supervisor to oversee the day-to day operations in our dynamic workshop.

Reporting to the Distribution Manager, the Workshop Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the bench repair technicians ensuring the quality of delivering services to customers is maintained as the business grows.

**Based at our head office in Kewdale, Western Australia, this role is responsible for, but not limited to**:

- Supervise Bench Technicians as they deliver services to customers in the repair and deployment of RCT products and solutions.
- Carry out Bench Repairs, Programming and packing of all equipment as required
- Ensure that all documentation from the Department and its technicians complies with business requirements
- Allocate and manage work for the Bench Technicians to ensure all required repairs/configurations are completed in a satisfactory timeframe to meet business requirements
- Builds disciplines within the Distribution team to support and maintain installed solutions over their service life.
- Respond quickly to emergency situations to ensure customers can continue to operate.
- Support the development of skills within the Bench Technician team.

**To be considered for this role, you will need**:

- A trade Certificate or equivalent in the relevant discipline
- Be a hands-on leader
- A 'can do' attitude with excellent team management skills;
- Innovative thinker and a solution provider;
- Process driven but with a practical approach;
- Highly logical and organised;
- Great mechanical aptitude and a solid background in running teams efficiently in a workshop environment;
- Competent in common workplace computer software programs.
