**Customer Service Representative (CSR)**

We’re looking for a **part-time CSR **to join our friendly Multi-trade team.

**About Lightning Bult**

Lightning Bult is a Multi-Trade firm on the Northern Beaches specialising in electrical, plumbing, air conditioning and pool heating. We’re a group of highly experienced trade professionals working together under one roof to provide a seamless service to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Our CSR will coordinate and schedule work for the multi-trade team, answer incoming phone calls, assist with client & technical queries, and communicate with customers to schedule appointments.
- You’ll also liaise with suppliers to order supplies and materials, brief the team on their workload, help keep accurate customer records, and assist with other adhoc administrative tasks.

**Location**

The role is based in our Brookvale office, reporting to the Business Owner and working alongside our Office Manager.

**Background & Experience**

We’re flexible as to your background, but are ideally looking for an experienced air conditioning technician, plumber or electrician that’s confident in handling technical client or team enquiries, whilst overseeing our client scheduling and ordering.
- A **retired or semi-retired tradesperson** with a successful history of running their own business, who misses the daily interaction with customers and a team, and wants to stay part of the industry.
- A **Building Project Manager or Facilities Manager,** with strong commercial acumen, strong communication & problem solving skills, able to take care of issues as they arise, looking for a change in direction.
