We’re looking for a **Customer Relationship Representative** to help us provide exceptional support to our franchisees and customers while keeping the Gracie Barra spirit alive.

**What You’ll Do**
- Build Relationships: Support franchisees, customers, and the Gracie Barra community by providing guidance and assistance.
- Answer Inquiries: Handle questions about franchises, events, and products.
- Customer Retention: Address concerns quickly to keep franchisees and customers happy.
- Help Franchisees Shine: Ensure they meet brand standards with clear guidance and resources.
- Be Proactive: Spot opportunities to help franchisees and customers succeed.
- Support Sales: Help promote products and events to boost engagement.
- Onboarding: Train new franchisees for success.
- Stay Organised: Keep detailed records of interactions and solutions to improve service.

**Who You Are**
- You’ve worked in customer service, sales support, or a similar role.
- You’re a great communicator with awesome people skills.
- You’re proactive, organised, and love solving problems.
- You thrive in fast-paced, team-focused environments.
- Bonus Points If You:

- Know a thing or two about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or martial arts.
- Understand how franchises work.
- Speak English and Portuguese.
