**About your role**:

- **Lead** site services team to ensure hydraulic maintenance tasks are complete and to a high standard
- **Develop** and retaining customer relationships at a site level
- **Determine** and report on opportunities for reliability improvements for our customer base
- **Ensure** high level of safe work practices undertaken at site
- **Troubleshoot** hydraulic systems
- **Onsite** management
- Shut down works - periods of work in line with our customers requirements for shut down maintenance
- Site works attract overtime (OT) penalty rates

An opportunity for a casual shut down supervisor within our hydraulics service team. You will be leading a team to undertake on-site hydraulics maintenance work in the Pilbara for major Iron Ore Miners. On the job training will be provided.

You will become a core team member and leader within Motion Australia’s growing Service division in Western Australia.

**About you**:

- Ability to read hydraulic schematics
- Trade qualification as a fitter or mechanic with considerable experience working with hydraulic systems
- Appointed persons (Section 44)
- Ability to lead a team of tradepeople on site
- Understand the importance of accuracy and quality
- Excellent attitude to safety
- Able to work for periods away from home
