**About Us**

South West Care Services Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS Service Provider. We specialise in providing In-Home Care to our Aged and Disability community throughout Sydney.

Our services vary based on the needs and goals of the Individual and we strive to match our clients with skilled, caring and respectful workers.

We are currently recruiting for Support Workers for the following areas:

- South West Sydney
- Inner West Sydney
- Eastern Suburbs of Sydney
- City of Sydney
- South Sydney
- Sutherland Shire
- St. George/ South East Sydney
- Western Sydney

**Responsibilities**
- Personal care (shower, toileting and personal hygiene assistance)
- Meal preparation (assist in cooking food)
- Domestic assistance with household tasks (prepare bed and night cleaning)
- Assistance with Community Access & Recreational Activities
- Manual handling and/or use of equipment and wheelchair
- Transportation
- Community Access

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
- Great communication skills with empathic nature towards vulnerable people
- Be able to work independently
- Be able to work with people of differing abilities and some awareness of disability issues
- Be able to build strong, supportive relationships with Staff and Participants
- Have a calm, caring and proactive manner
- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support / Disability / Community Care or similar
- Must have Drivers Licence & own transportation (as travel is necessary)
- Applicants using public transport can also apply

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
