Backed by market leading technology, driving enhanced digital experiences for advisers and investors, we are currently looking for a Relationship Manger to join the Priority Service team within Operations.

As Relationship Manager, you will be a key contact for your assigned clients and responsible for the daily assistance of Client BAU activity and issues to ensure a consistently positive client experience. This includes working with the different teams and departments within the business to ensure all commitments are executed in a timely manner.

**Primary accountabilities**:

- Build & maintain strong relationships with Private Wealth clients and their back-office teams, providing administrative and operational support whilst managing escalations.
- Project management to ensure smooth integration of our Private Wealth clients onto Praemium’s platform.
- Work closely with & communicate regularly with Distribution Business Implementation Managers (BIMs) & Business Development Managers (BDMs) with feedback of any training requirements, product enhancement feedback & sales opportunities.
- Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and engage appropriate stakeholders to act and deliver upon these initiatives.
- Build & maintain strong relationships with Operations, Project Teams & Distribution for effective cross-team communication.
- Act as a first point of contact for complaints resolution and/or escalate issues as appropriate.

**Experience, qualifications and attributes sought after**:

- In-depth understanding of the platform space & managed accounts.
- Experience or understanding of wholesale high net worth market, including operational experience within adviser’s office.
- Sound knowledge of legislative and regulatory constraints within which the Praemium must operate
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and clear and unambiguous communication skills, combined with effective listening skills - those are essential for establishing and maintaining effective relationships which enables Praemium to negotiate to achieve success
- Project management skills and a continuous improvement mind-set
- A strong team player with ability to coach and develop others in the team environment
- Proven problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot an issue before escalating it, and to negotiate resolutions to complex issues and define project scope
- Comfortable working in an Agile fast paced environment, adopting a consultative and cooperative approach to your work
