**The Opportunity**

Our team is looking for a front-line Web Developer and Support Operator to join our growing team to focus on providing industry-leading support services to our Website Clients. You will be responsible for Level 1 and Level 2 support on our WordPress Websites and other in-house CMS Products by providing front-line support via telephone, online chat, and support tickets. This key position within our organisation is responsible for providing our clients with outstanding customer experiences. This role will be reporting directly to Chief Technology Officer, Website Blue and will be assigned in Brisbane.

What you’ll be doing..

Your core job functions will include but not be limited to:

- Deal with all enquiries via telephone & online chat politely and professionally.
- Follow up on tasks & tickets allocated for completion or update and communicate the status of tasks to clients directly.
- Maintain and accurately file records and update information in the ticketing system.
- Directly Support clients by performing the required changes in multiple CMS systems, including WordPress (CSS, HTML, PHP and Javascript Changes)
- Building WordPress websites from our templates or in-house content management system

- Experience with Ticket base Support systems
- WordPress Development Skills
- Proficiency in the following languages: CSS, HTML, PHP and Javascript
- Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills

- Excellent customer care and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Spring Hill, QLD 4000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
