The Botanist encompasses a worldly mix of taste and concepts. Situated in the heart of Kirribilli, the restaurant uses fresh, seasonal ingredients to curate colourful dishes and vibrant flavours with a Mediterranean flare.

Except beautiful decorated dishes paired with an equally impressive drinks menu. The bar showcases an extensive list of Australia and international wines and beers, as well as exciting seasonal cocktails.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- To deliver excellent customer service at all times
- 1+ years bartending experience in a busy restaurant or bar.
- Good knowledge of classic cocktails and spirit lines
- A great team spirit and sociable nature
- Excellent personal presentation
- A lively charming and confident personality
- Keen to learn & contribute to the growth of the business.

Working in a team of passionate hospitality professional you'll be responsible for creating memorable experience and delivering amazing service to visiting guests. Whether it be working on the floor, behind the bar, in the café, or in the kitchen your goal is to go over and above what required to deliver an exceptional offering and friendly environment for staff and customers.
