Action Your Ability Support Services is a new progressive team of professionals offering a range of support services to NDIS participants. We are committed to industry best practice through service excellence and developing a highly skilled team of professionals.

We are looking for exceptional Disability Support Workers who can:

- Assist with personal care like showering, toileting, dressing and grooming
- Assist with community access and recreational activities
- Assist with household tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation

You will be:

- Looking for casual shift work
- Team orientated
- Committed to supporting NDIS participants build their independence, and
- Possess a passion to support and care for others

What we need:

- Legal right to work in Australia
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Childrens Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Unrestricted Drivers License
- Your own registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Covid19 Vaccination Certificate (3 x vaxes)
- First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Certificate IV in Disability preferred but not essential.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Frankston, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
