We are looking for compassionate and empathetic support workers looking to make a difference in people's lives. You must have experience working with participants who have high needs and complex behaviours, and possess good communication skills. Must be females only

For this role, you need:

  • Cert III or Cert IV in Disability or relevant qualification* and/or equivalent experience;
  • Current police check (less than 6 months old);
  • Working with Children Check;
  • Current First Aid level 2;
  • Current CPR (annual) ;
  • International police check (if applicable);
  • Consent to a DWES check
  • A positive, reliable, empathetic and proactive approach with a genuine desire to work with people of all ages and backgrounds living with a disability
  • Completed or willing to complete NDIS workers orientation model.
