**Retail Manager - Sydney**:
Tennis Only is expanding its retail footprint into Chatswood, Sydney. We are seeking both full time and part time runners to assist with opening a running store like no other in Australia.

In this role you will be surrounded by Tennis racquets, shoes & accessories. This will be the largest speciality Tennis Shop in NSW. A passion for tennis and the tennis community is essential to the role.

**Requirements**:

- 2 + years Retail Manager experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience ordering stock and managing a staff roster.
- The ability to think strategically to identify opportunities and have a proven track record in driving sales and KPI's.
- Demonstrate professionalism with customers and co-workers.
- Demonstrate ample knowledge of tennis products.
- Weekend availability will be required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Ensure efficient operation of your store to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPI's, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels and wage control.
- Assist in choosing the product mix across footwear, hardgoods and apparel..
- Restocking and merchandising inventory.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers..
- Greet customers, assess needs, and offer guidance.
- Meet customer needs and exceed their expectations..
