Azure Networking builds, operates and manages Microsoft's global network which is one of the largest private networks ion the globe. The IP Services team manages the IP Address inventory for Microsoft which includes responsibilities for everything from implementing technologies such as IPv6, partnering with Security to ensure the highest level of protections, to ensuring our existing inventory is utilized effectively and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will work with Software and Hardware Engineering to design technical solutions. You’ll also identify risks and propose data-based mitigations.
- You’ll define success criteria as you collaborate with others to implement features for cross-functional projects. You’ll coordinate and ensure alignment across teams.
- With mínimal supervision, you will help deliver on roadmap for feature groups, track project schedules, develop staging and implementation, and stay updated with governance programs.
- You will drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and partnering with other departments to collect performance metrics. You’ll also contribute to customer support and participate in direct customer engagements.

**Qualifications**:
**Required Qualifcations**:

- Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in management of cross-group, cross-disciplinary teams.
- 2+ years of experience designing, implementing Networking infrastructure.

**Other Requirements**:

- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

**Additional / Preferred Qualifcations**:

- Experience with cloud infrastructure technologies as well as experience leading engineering teams and shown ability to coordinate large scale programs.
