**About the Role**:
As an experienced butcher, you'll be responsible for:

- Preparing, cutting, and displaying a full range of fresh meats to high standards
- providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- maintaing a clean, safe and efficient work environment
- Assisting with stock rotation, ordering, and merchandising
- Working as part of a small, friendly team with a focus on quality and consistency

**What We're Looking For**:

- Minimum 3 years experience as a qualified retail butcher
- Strong knife and preparation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and food safety standards
- A positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- Great communication and customers service skills
