**The Opportunity**

This is a **hands-on trade sales role** in our **Building Hardware & Timber Yard**, where **punctuality** and **reliability** are critical. This role offers a pathway for career advancement, with the potential to grow into **Sales Representative** and other positions within the company.

**Your Role**
- **Assist Trade Customers**: Provide expert advice on building hardware, timber, and construction materials.
- **Stock Management**: Keep the showroom neat, organised, and well-stocked.
- **Collaboration**: Work with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Handle inquiries with a professional, can-do attitude.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Experience in **trade sales**, customer service, or retail (construction or building materials experience is a plus).
- Confidence in using **POS and EFTPOS systems**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and professional attitude, with the ability to work **independently** or as part of a **team**.
- Knowledge of **building hardware**, timber, or construction materials (preferred but not essential).
