About The Client
Our client is a trusted manufacturer and supplier of insulated ducting and ventilation products, servicing the construction industry across Queensland. With facilities on the Gold Coast, Tweed Heads South, and Rockhampton, they pride themselves on delivering high-quality products at competitive prices, supported by excellent service to installers and project managers
. This role is Monday - Friday working 7am - 3pm
What You Will Be Doing
As a Counter Sales team member, you will be responsible for the below duties:

  • Serving walk-in customers
  • Typing orders
  • Managing emails
  • Handling phone enquiries and orders
  • Processing invoicing and credits
  • Picking small orders
  • Refilling shelves

What You Will Need
To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:

  • Previous experience in customer service or admin-based role
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Adequate computer skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Drivers licence and reliable transport
  • Forklift licence preferred but not essential
