**Position in a nutshell**:
We are seeking an Internals sales representative to support the external sales and specification team whilst managing inbound sales, customer service and customer accounts. You will work alongside an established team within an organisation that offers a strong training and development programme and prides itself on promoting within.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Take ownership of internal sales across all verticles
- KPIs include sales, productivity, customer satisfaction, quality assurance
- Provide customer service and technical advice to clients
- Assist in the preparation and forecasting of budgets
- Lead generation for the external sales team
- Research and monitoring of tender opportunities

**To be successful in this role you must have**:

- Proven sales/Customer service experience
- Natural problem solver
- Good computer skills
- Attention to detail

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Condell Park, NSW 2200: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Condell Park, NSW 2200
