**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated FEMALE Disability Support Worker. The role involves providing personal care, community access, and support tailored to individual needs while upholding the principles of respect, dignity, and inclusivity.

Tuesday 9AM to 1PM ONGOING shift

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide support for community access and engagement in social, recreational, or employment activities.
- Implement and follow individual care and support plans.
- Administer medications and assist with mobility and transportation as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress, incidents, and activities.
- Foster a safe and positive environment for clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Liaise with family members, health professionals, and other stakeholders as required.

**Essential Criteria**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- NDIS Orientation Certificate.
- Current Police Check (dated within the last 12 months).
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Relevant qualifications in disability support, community services, or related fields (e.g., Certificate III in Individual Support).

**Desired Skills and Attributes**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of NDIS guidelines and frameworks.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is an advantage.
