At** Eden Academy Newport and Footscray,**we are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.

Operating from 7:00am to 6:30pm we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 130 (Newport) and 145 (Footscray) children to explore, grow, and thrive.

**In your role as a Casual Educator**:

- You will **nurture little learners through playful learning** and meaningful connection
- **Create engaging environments** that spark curiosity and wonder
- Show up with **kindness, creativity, and a can-do spirit** every day
- Communicate with **confidence and build lasting bonds** with families
- **Bring positive energy** and a team-first attitude to every room

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A **Certificate III** or **Diploma** in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
- A current Working with Children Check
- Full Australian working rights
- **A warm, professional presence** and a genuine passion for early learning
- Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community
- Availability to work **Monday to Friday across a range of shift patterns, with flexibility to be on call at short notice** to cover unexpected leave
- **Two professional references** are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
