**Your new role**
In your new position you will be assisting the Director of Procurement and Category Managers in the end to end procurement process including but not limited to:

- Coordinate RFIs, RFPs and RFQs and evaluate results
- Contract administration; ensuring smooth supply chain implementation
- Develop commercial analysis to support negotiations
- Coordinate meetings and preparation and actions management
- Understand and analyse supply markets.
- Collating a database of supplier partners and their capabilities
- Manage relationships with key internal and external customers
- Maintain supplier partner scorecard/performance reporting
- Create pricing protocol for each line item and supplier partner
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of commodity pricing and outlook
- As required write articles for publishing in weekly bulletin and annual reports
- Update category and strategy details for inclusion in board meetings to the board of directors
- Follow up on any other tasks as requested by the Category Manager/Director of Procurement

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have previous experience in a procurement role assisting a procurement team on the end-to-end process. You will have intermediate to advanced excel skills along with word and PowerPoint experience. You will strong communication and organisational skills as you will be dealing with multiple stakeholders and day to day tasks. FMCG industry experience is also a preference for this role.
