**Team and role purpose**:
Leading a team of three and being supported extensively by industry leading agencies, the Individual Giving Manager will drive success through the delivery of acquisition programs, and through improving the retention of individual giving supporters across Aspect’s appeals and single giving program, as well as regular giving.
**What the role looks like**:
In this varied role, you will have the opportunity to bring the strategy to fruition by predominantly focusing on product development, retention strategies and acquisition through a newly diversified channel mix, utilising a data-led and innovative approach. Key accountabilities include:
- Supporting the Head of Fundraising with the creation, execution and reporting of the operational and budget annual plans, being agile where necessary
- Being responsible for project managing the development and implementation of a new Face to Face programme
- Being data led and analytical in developing and implementing supporter segmentation, refining the supporter journey, driving growth and increasing lifetime value
- Working with agencies and internal stakeholders to create new products and collateral which will progress building the cash pool, scale the regular giving programme, optimise the warm programme and feed planned giving streams such as Gift in Will
**Who you are**:
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in areas of Business Management, Marketing/Communications, Philanthropy/Fundraising, Commerce or similar (desirable)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience and proven success in leading individual giving portfolios within the not for profit sector
- Experience of creating new fundraising products and taking to market across multiple channels (Face to Face experience is highly desirable)
- Excellent leadership skills and stakeholder management
