We have a exciting opportunity for an experienced **Manager to join our Chatswood Boutique**, who has a passion for people, styling and the sass & bide brand.

**To be successful in this role**, you must be motivated by driving sales and managing a team to deliver excellence. You will provide your team with training to further their individual growth and maximise your stores performance.

Leading your team, you will be responsible for end to end store operations.

**What you can bring to the team**:

- Previous experience in a retail management role or similar
- Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets/KPI's
- Excellent communication and creative problem solving skills
- Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base, proactively and regularly calling these customers to let them know of upcoming events and promotions and knowing them by name when they enter the store
- An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others
- A huge passion for fashion - you already know and wear the latest trends, and are able to relate to our fashion conscious customers with ease
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Love for our brand and be proud to be our key brand ambassador
