This leading organisation has over 20 years of experience and is seeking a Strategic Consultant (Business Development) to join their team Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will engage with new and existing clients to deliver client solutions, including facilitating cultural transformation and leadership development at the top level, consulting, facilitation, and top-level executive coaching.

The Opportunity
- Proven expertise in Business Development, including the ability to formulate relevant solutions, write compelling proposals, and influence outcomes.
- Tenacity and organizational skills to pursue and manage BD opportunities systematically.
- Advanced facilitation capability in both leadership and cultural transformation at the most senior executive level.
- Developed coaching capability to help senior executives reach their full potential.
- Strong business acumen, with a detailed appreciation of the business context across multiple clients and industries.
- Deep knowledge of leadership, culture, and organizational change, including the levers required to build high-performing cultures.
- Analytical thinking to uncover issues and dynamics and connect them to leadership and cultural realities in any given business.
- Deep emotional intelligence and relationship skills to connect with clients and team. members.

About You
- Discovers and manages new business opportunities from start to finish, utilizing exceptional skills in listening, proposal writing, and outcome influencing.
- Facilitates workshops on culture strategy and leadership to help organizations build high-performing cultures.
- Coaches senior executives to achieve their full potential.
- Coordinates with Associate Consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Consults with clients to determine their unique needs and provides customized solutions.
- Leads strategic projects and collaborates with the COO to meet specific client requirements.
- Shares industry insights with the team and clients.
- Ensures quality control and sets an example for internal leadership.
