**About The Company**
Our client has been operating in Australia for over 30 years and has been responsible for and continues to bring the latest agricultural machinery from North America and Europe to farming customers in Australia. Their relationships with dealers and customers are based on trust, performance and creating a relationship based on shared value and success.

**About The Role**

As the Product Specialist for Sprayers, your responsibilities will include:

- Working with existing dealers and customers to provide support, education and training on the new equipment and focus on customer-based solutions
- Support and execute strategic initiatives to drive product sales growth
- Attend Field Days, shows, trade and other events that provide opportunities for the understanding and promotion of the product
- Customer visits with dealers to represent the company, learn and report on customer needs and to provide technical knowledge to end user customers

**About The Person**
You will have the experience to succeed with a combination of the following technical skills, attributes and experience:

- Existing and demonstrative technical knowledge and experience of sprayers - ideally experience in self propelled
- Experience establishing and maintaining Dealer and Customer relationships
- Have a desire to understand a customer’s problem and are driven to find a solution
- Have hands-on experience using precision technology and software
- Be an exceptional communicator (both written and verbal)
- Commitment to deliver on promises and have an ability to work within an expanding, collaborative and dynamic team
- High level ethics, honesty and integrity.
