**Job Summary**:
Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Gardener, contributing to the creation and maintenance of stunning outdoor environments. At Genesis Gardens, we value a positive work culture and seek individuals who share our vision for excellence in garden design and maintenance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the team to design and implement innovative landscaping plans.
- Undertake horticultural tasks, including planting, trimming, lawn maintenance, topiary, and responsible management of outdoor spaces.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and stay updated on industry trends.
- Contribute to the positive team environment and uphold the company's work culture.
- Operate landscaping equipment safely, responsibly, and efficiently.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Demonstrated interest in garden design, horticulture, and outdoor area maintenance.
- Eagerness to learn and advance within the company.
- Punctuality, professional presentation, and excellent communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, and respect for team members, leadership, and clients.

Preferred (not required):

- Experience working in Garden maintenance, Landscaping, or Labourer in a trade.
- Currently studying or has completed a recognised course in Horticulture, Landscaping, or Parks & Gardens.
- Knowledge of Permaculture.

$30 p.h. starting position. With room to move to higher-paid positions.
